Children’s Ministry

GCF’s vision for our children’s ministry is that every child will know God intimately and experience His love for them. We want to instill in the hearts and minds of each child that they are special and that God can use them to change the world. By encouraging each child to experience intimate fellowship with God, we believe they will gain an understanding of who they are in Him so that the culture of this world will not be able to sway them. Our goal is to partner enthusiastically with parents as we, together, guide children to whole-heartedly serve Jesus through obedience, intimate fellowship and godly character.

Children’s Programs at a Glance

Each Sunday, your child can be a part of an exciting and active environment filled with songs, games, video, Biblical teaching, prayer and fellowship.  GCF Kids offers age appropriate classes for all children 6 weeks through fifth grade.  So while you are experiencing life-changing worship and teaching at GCF Church, your children are experiencing it as well.

Nursery
Nursing Mothers

World Changers knows that this is a special time needing privacy. Therefore, we have a room especially devoted to your needs.

6 weeks - 12 months
World Changers believes in ministering to the needs of every age group, including our smallest members.  Our nursery offers a secure, loving environment where your infants are known, loved and treasured.  Our nursery has age appropriate toys and activities that your child will enjoy.  While you as parents are enjoying the adult services, you can rest assured that your babies are receiving personal care in a safe and nurturing environment.

You as the parent will need to bring their diaper bags with the essentials:

  • Diapers and wipes in a labeled diaper bag.  (If you don’t have a label, no worries, we’ll provide one.)
  • Also, if you would like for baby to have any formula or food, please bring this.
Dad’s Foyer
We know that Daddy wants to help with baby too. Outside our nursery is an area where Daddy can be with baby and watch the service via monitor.
Pre-School
12 months/walking - 30 months
What a wonderful time to begin to fill our precious toddlers’ hearts with the love of Jesus. We work diligently to make this class a fun and enjoyable experience for all by nurturing the child and supporting the parent.  Everything we do within this class is designed to help your child understand that Jesus loves them and wants to be their friend.
30 months - 3 years
World Changers knows that preschoolers love to learn. Therefore, we provide interactive learning experiences in a colorful and engaging atmosphere for your child to enjoy. We want your child to experience the love of God flowing through the actions and hearts of our teachers.
Pre-K/Kindergarten
So much to do, so little time! Your child will gain knowledge of who Jesus is through illustrated Bible lessons, stories demonstrating the Bible theme, crafts, songs, prayer and playtime. Your child will learn God’s Word in bite-size pieces that are age appropriate.
School-Age
World Changers Children’s Church
1st – 5th graders: Your child will participate in World Changers Children’s Church each Sunday. This venue combines high-energy activities with Bible based teaching. A combination of worship, games, big screen videos, skits and lessons will capture your child’s attention while teaching them to love God and follow His world. As each child learns to walk out God’s Word, they will develop godly character and practices in their lives.
